1. Bookings are required to make in advance prior to arrival.
2. Full prepayment is required either by credit card (Visa,
Master, JCB, AMEX) or bank transfer.
3. For booking made less than 7 days prior to arrival, please
submit your credit card details in order to guarantee your
reservation. If no credit card details provided, booking will
not be processed.
- Once booking is confirmed, we will automatic charge from
your credit card details provided for total amount.
- If booking is not confirm, there will be no charge on your
credit card for the processing fee at all.

Remark :
- 1 room suitable for 2 adults only. Maximum 3 persons/room(2
Adults + 1 Child)
- There is no room charge
for only 1 child under 12 years old when sharing the room with
parents without supplying an extra bed. Will be charged for
ABF Baht 150 per meal only.
- Child 12 years
old till less 16 years old must be taken an extra bed (Extra

Cancellation
& No-Show policy :
- In
the event of no-show, clients shall compensate E-Biz Travel
for the lost suffered (for all reasons)

cancellation must be made in writing and must state in particular
date on which clients notified the cancellation to E-Biz Travel
- All cancellation will only be accepted as "acknowledge
record" is made from E-Biz Travel
- In
order to avoid cancellation charge, clients should notify E-Biz
Travel within 14 days before arrival date for all seasons (not
including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)
